All 25 interface languages are available to everyone. Retention is configured during setup, with a 90-day default. Current recipient access uses shared organization credentials; individual accounts and tier allowances are proposed.
The organization and anyone with the secret return code can read the report. The service still processes request metadata; encryption does not guarantee anonymity.
Basic renews automatically. Cancel or change billing periods at renewal. No tax is currently collected. Features marked Planned are not included in Basic.
A few useful answers
Basic has no fees per report, reporter or follow-up message. Submission rates and upload capacity are limited; each report supports up to 10 evidence files and 200 messages. These operational limits are not billing meters.
No. Basic pricing is per organization, not per employee. Future team administration, branding and support options are proposals.
Yes. Basic includes a custom reporting address, such as report.yourcompany.com. Setup is assisted and requires access to your DNS settings and domain verification. The current product supports one custom domain per organization; additional entities use separate channels.
Basic costs €100 for a full year, equal to ten monthly payments. Payment renews automatically. Monthly/yearly changes and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period.
Enterprise is a proposal for separate channels and reporting addresses across multiple legal entities. Contact us to discuss your entities, recipient teams and setup. Scope and final terms need to be agreed; a shared group inbox, SSO and integrations are not currently included.
