The organization and anyone with the secret return code can read the report. The service still processes request metadata; encryption does not guarantee anonymity.
Basic renews automatically. Cancel or change billing periods at renewal. No tax is currently collected. Features marked Planned are not included in Basic.

The proposed plans include unlimited reports, with no fees per report, reporter or follow-up message. The product still has operational safeguards on submission rates, files and conversation size. Those safeguards are not billing meters and do not change between these preview plans.
No. These plans are based on your organization's setup, not its headcount. The intended differences are team administration, branding and support, with the same core reporting capabilities in every plan.
Yes. All plans include a custom reporting address, such as report.yourcompany.com. Setup is assisted and requires access to your DNS settings and domain verification. The current product supports one custom domain per organization; additional entities use separate channels.
Basic costs €100 for a full year, equal to ten monthly payments. Payment renews automatically. Monthly/yearly changes and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period.
Enterprise starts with the same reporting tools, with separate channels and reporting addresses for multiple legal entities. Contact us to discuss your entities, recipient teams and setup. Scope and final terms need to be agreed; a shared group inbox, SSO and integrations are not currently included.
Basic provides the current reporting service using shared organization recipient credentials. Features marked Planned are not included. Registration opens when payment setup is available.
